REPLACEMENT POLICY At Smiles By Mak, we want you to feel confident and cared for long after your appointment. Every gem applied by us comes with a 30- day warranty. If your gem naturally falls out or there’s an application issue within this period, we’ll replace it free of charge. To request a replacement, contact us directly. We will verify your eligibility and schedule your next available appointment.
